A quiet, independent accommodation where you can feel at home. We don't offer luxuries, but rather thoughtful touches, a cozy atmosphere, practical amenities, and meticulous cleanliness. Conveniently located: 8 minutes from the Miami Design District and Wynwood Art District; 10 minutes from Downtown; 15 minutes from the airport; 20 minutes from Miami Beach (by car).
With independent access; It includes a room with a full bathroom and a basic kitchen. Cozy, CLEAN, safe and quiet.
The room has its own independent full bathroom (CLEAN).
- hot and cold water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels.
A basic kitchen.
- 2 induction burners, microwave oven, sink, refrigerator, blender & basic kitchen utensils.
Bed & breakfast.
- Twin bed (75 x 39 inches - 190 x 99 centimeters / 1 guest), 1 table & two chairs.
The small patio, with plants makes a pleasant intimate space (including a convenient hanger for drying clothes in the sun and an outdoor chair).
- Parking space for 1 car (less than 20 ft long).
I suggest communicating via text messages through the AirBnB app. We will be aware and respond as soon as possible.
The house is in a residential area, many family homes, a daycare across the street. Common sense and good manners are suggested. Do not obstruct the sidewalk with a car.
