Highlights: • Our residence is a peaceful sanctuary. • Indoor smoking, additional guests, and parties are not permitted. • Pets are permitted for an extra fee, with a limit of one (1) pet per stay. • We love social media too but please note that any photography or filming for public or commercial use needs our advance approval. • We provide essentials for the first three (3) days of your stay. After that period, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies. Additional maid service is available upon request. ••••••••• Disclaimer: Due to scheduled building maintenance, balcony access may be temporarily limited; however, the views can still be enjoyed from inside the unit. Pool access is available on Saturday through Sunday, while the spa, fitness center, and complimentary parking are available daily — with no resort fees. •••••••••••• •Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo. This is a private unit (not shared). Amenity access (pool, spa, and gym) is included for up to 2 registered adult guests, as per Icon Brickell building rules. Children under 16 years old do not require an amenity pass; however, they must always be accompanied by an adult. Guests must complete registration at the front desk upon arrival. •Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM •If you would like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, please note there is an additional fee of $65 for either option. Feel free to contact us anytime so we can coordinate based on availability. Keys / Keyfobs provide access to the house. Please take good care of them, loss or damage Keys will result in a $180 fee! Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, and through 9:00pm on the platform chat to assist with any questions or requests. Messages sent outside of these hours will be answered as soon as possible the following day. For emergencies, please call 911. Taking Care Together! When you arrive, we invite you to check the condition of everything and let us know of anything that needs attention. • We provide necessary basic supplies for reservations up to 5 days. After 3 days we expect guests to restock at their own expense. • Should anything need repair during your stay, please tell us right away so we can quickly address it. • If additional cleaning is needed, a fee may apply. • We do not provide washcloths as part of our listing amenities.
