Welcome to Casita Bella! We are excited to have you! Our charming cottage with kitchen is in the centrally located and beautiful City of South Miami. Our sweet neighborhood is just blocks from South Miami's city center, offering shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and about 1 mile from the South Miami Metrorail station, making it easy to explore Miami. After a fun day in the Magic City, come home to the privacy and comfort you deserve! Perfect for a relaxing getaway or exciting city adventures! Casita Bella is a charming, detached cottage nestled in the peaceful backyard of our property. This cozy, one-room retreat features a comfortable queen bed, a twin air mattress (stored in the closet for extra guests), and a dinette seating 4, perfect for meals or work. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, and the spacious walk-in closet provides ample storage. The bathroom includes a step-down entry and a shower (no bathtub). For your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi and free on-site laundry are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Casita Bella offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Guests have full access to Casita Bella and its surrounding outdoor space, including a patio table and grill in the backyard—perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outside. You are also welcome to use the shared laundry area for your convenience. Please note that the deck off of the main house is not for guest use. Casita Bella offers all the privacy you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. However, as we live on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away if you need anything. Whether you need local recommendations, have a question about the property, or need assistance during your stay, we’re happy to help! We value your privacy and will respect your space, but we’re always available should you need us. Expect friendly, helpful, and prompt responses when you reach out. You can contact us via Airbnb messaging or text and we’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. I think you will love our neighborhood as much as we do. We have a small town feel in the heart of Miami. Walk to Sunset Place that has restaurants, shops, a movie theater, bowling alley, and gym. We also have a dog park in our neighborhood. Nestled between Pinecrest, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove, our location is ideal. Exploring these areas can keep you busy, but want more? Miami Beach, Midtown, Wynwood, and the Florida Keys are all within reach. 10 minute drive to Matheson Hammock Park, and Fairchild Tropical Gardens. 5 minute drive to the University of Miami - Go Canes! About 30 minutes from Miami International Airport (8.5 miles) if driving. Metro rail also is available as transportation to and from the MIA. We are conveniently located 0.6 miles from the South Miami Station. Walking, biking (rentable city bikes always around), and driving can get you to where you want to be. Before booking, please note the following: 🐾 Our Fur Baby – Our beloved dog is part of our family, and we kindly ask that you ensure the gate to the backyard is always securely closed to keep him safe. We want to make sure he doesn't leave the yard unaccompanied. 🚶‍♀️ Visitors – We welcome visitors, but please let us know in advance if you plan to have guests visit you during your stay. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping– For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside Casita Bella. 👣 Quiet Hours – To respect our neighbors and create a peaceful environment, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. ⚠️ No Parties or Events – Casita Bella is a cozy space intended for rest and relaxation. We do not allow parties or events on the property.
