When you arrive for your stay you will have two reserved parking spots in the front driveway. As you walk into the bright and comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, coffee table and a 65” 4K UHD smart TV. The full size kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table. A coffee maker and fresh coffee are provided. The newly renovated bathroom is bright with chrome finished faucet and dual function shower heads. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. With large windows to let plenty of light in and vertical blinds for privacy. There is a second 43" smart TV in one of the bedrooms and an adjustable bed in the other. There is also a desk with two monitors and high speed internet to make remote working easier. We also provide beach towels and a beach chairs and a beach umbrella, so you can enjoy the nearby beaches. Guest will aslo have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer for those longer stays. Self check-in/check-out with a secured keypad entry allow guests to arrive without any hassle. The guest will have access to the entire home. Guests can reach us through the AirBNB App and we will respond within an hour during regular business hours. We can also be reached via phone for emergencies. The laundry room is located between the two units at the back of the home.
