Minimum 30-DAY stay. 2. Application Requirements Any adult 18 years or older who will be residing in the unit must complete an application. The cost is $100.00 per person. If the applicants are a married couple, they may submit one joint application with a copy of their marriage certificate, and only one fee is required. The application will request some basic information such as a valid ID, Social Security Number, pet details (2 pets per unit under 50 lbs), and vehicle registration, if applicable. The association Requires a Common Areas security deposit equal to one month worth of rent, which is fully refunded once the tenant moves out. 3. Processing Time It typically takes one week to process. 4. Background Screening A background check is required for each applicant as part of the approval process. 6. Certificate of Approval Once the application is reviewed: If all is in order, we'll issue the Certificate of Approval. In some situations, we may need to schedule a brief interview with the Board before final approval is granted. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-ins are from Monday to Friday. Guests are required to register and get fingerprints. They are needed to access the building and use the elevator.. - Minimum 30-DAY stay. - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM • INFINITY AT BRICKEL PARKING - Valet parking. - Limited to 1 vehicle at no cost. • THE APARTMENT IS SELF-CATERING. We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. • TRASH DISPOSAL All trash must be securely wrapped in plastic garbage bags and sent down the trash chute. Cardboards and boxes of any size may not be thrown down the trash chutes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
