By Car: Easy access to major highways, just 9 minutes to Hard Rock Stadium and 20 minutes to Miami Beach. Public Transit: Nearby bus stops connect you to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Miami. Parking: Free on-site parking is available for guests. CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the house is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self check out on or before 11AM. You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests. Please note, there might be a penalty fee of $200 for late check out. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in front of the house. You will have space for 4 cars. The park on the left side of the property is reserved for another unit. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. THE PROPERTY: The house is a duplex and there is a studio on the left side of the property. Your entrance, right side parking, and outside area is completely private.
