Private room in home. Two large Rooms

We'd like to share our home with travelers and locals who need a comfortable and clean place to stay. This is a family home, full of memories and charm. 5 bedrooms total, but only two for airbnb guests. These are the two rooms in the front of the house. Room one has a double bed, large closet, and a dresser. Room two has two single beds, space in the closet and drawers to put things away. Bathroom is shared with other guests. COVID 19 UPDATE: We are trying to follow social distancing guidelines and also cleaning surfaces under control for everyone's benefit. Please take a look at the following and let us know if you have any questions. First, We offer clean spaces as always. Focusing on cleaning surfaces and key areas between guests. Second, guests still need to share bathroom with other guests. We keep it clean and wipe surfaces between guests, but please have this in mind. Third, guests are welcome to use the front living room and the main dining area. They are between the guest rooms. We have a small fridge there for guests to use. You would also have access to the backyard if desired. On the other hand, spaces like the kitchen, TV room, garage, and the rest of the house is just for the family. If you need anything, please ask. Also, laundry is not available for guests. Thank you for understanding. Guests have access to the common areas of the house. Large front living room and dinning area and backyard. Guests don't have access to the kitchen for cooking, nor the TV room. There is also plenty of parking space in front of the house. We are happy to answer any questions, and provide guidance, but also give guest their space and privacy to enjoy their time. This a beautiful residential area. Quiet, but also close to restaurants, and stores, and touristic attractions in the Kendall and Redland areas. Metro Zoo, Miami Executive Airport, and also tropical wineries, Monkey Jungle, Homestead, Coral Castle and more. Freeway access: Turnpike is only 10 mins away. Bus Stop: 5 minutes walk
