Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, fines, and/or removal from the property. ⸻ 🔇 QUIET HOURS (STRICTLY ENFORCED) • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • No loud music, shouting, TV noise, or disruptive behavior during these hours. • Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times, especially in hallways, balconies, and common areas. • Any complaint from neighbors or building management may result in immediate action. ⸻ 🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS • Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. • Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. • Unauthorized visitors will result in immediate termination of the reservation. ⸻ 🚭 NO SMOKING (ZERO TOLERANCE) • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in common areas. • This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, and marijuana. • A minimum $500 penalty will be charged for any violation, plus additional cleaning or damage fees. ⸻ 👥 OCCUPANCY LIMIT • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in your reservation. • No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. • Any violation may result in cancellation without refund. ⸻ 🐾 PET POLICY • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. • Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $300 penalty. ⸻ 🧹 CLEANLINESS & CARE • Guests must maintain the apartment in a clean and orderly condition. • Dispose of trash properly and do not leave garbage in hallways. • Do not leave food, stains, or spills unattended. • Excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning fees. ⸻ 🛠️ DAMAGES & LIABILITY • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. • All damages must be reported immediately. • Missing items, stains, broken furniture, or misuse of appliances will be charged accordingly. ⸻ 🧺 LINENS & TOWELS • Do not use towels or linens for removing makeup, cleaning shoes, or any improper use. • Stained or damaged items will be charged: • Small towel: $5 • Medium towel: $10 • Large towel: $15 • Sheets/linens: replacement cost ⸻ 🔐 SAFETY & SECURITY • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, alarms, or security devices. • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. • Lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee. ⸻ 🏢 BUILDING RULES • All guests must comply with building and HOA regulations. • No loitering, loud behavior, or disturbances in common areas (lobby, elevators, pool, gym). • Follow all building policies regarding amenities and access. ⸻ 🚫 ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES • Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities immediately. • This includes drug use, unauthorized business activities, or any unlawful conduct. ⸻ 📹 SECURITY & MONITORING • For safety and compliance, exterior areas of the property may be monitored. • Tampering with any monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. ⸻ ⚠️ ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in: • Immediate eviction without refund • Additional fines and charges • Reporting to booking platforms (Airbnb, etc.) • Legal action if necessary ⸻ ✅ AGREEMENT By booking or staying at this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all house rules.
