This lovely well-lit suite has a wrap around balcony. One side faces the bay, the other Cocowalk (tourist center). It is within a hotel which has 24 hr security, attached garage, pool with deck, gym on the roof top, squash courts, front desk, bellboy. There is a common entrance into the unit , shared with another unit, but both units are independent. There are 2 futon beds. One a queen size bed, with added foam mattresses ,very comfortable' said guest and purchased, other, a twin size bed The hotel has a gym at the penthouse with a panoramic view of the city. it also has a sauna, squash courts, reception desk with a lobby, restaurant on the premises which includes a bar. A heated pool on the 8th floor. A lot of business rooms which can be rented and a grove terrace where lots of weddings have been hosted. The unit has 2 futon beds. one a queen size with added foam mattresses, the other a twin size, it has a kitchenette, microwave, stove refrigerator, dining table and chairs, full bathroom, washer and dryer. This is a traditional room if one is looking for a state of the art room, please do not book. Guests can access all areas of the hotel. The gym, sauna, pool, restaurant, squash courts, lobby area. There is a friendly front desk staff who would be readily available to help with any questions one may have. The hotel is located in a tourist attraction sight, Cocowalk. It is situated right in front of a quaint park and a church. Walk further down you get to the bay with the yatch club visible and further down is the marina. It is next door to a library and walking distance to shops, supermarket, restaurants, boutiques and a pharmacy. It is also walking distance to more parks, one of which has tennis courts The area is easily accessible. There are buses that can take you to the metro rail. There is also a free trolley which can take you round the Coconut Grove area and a free ride which you can download the app. There is covered free parking which is available in the garage area.
