Guests have the entire condo to themselves We do have local staff that will meet you for check in and is available if you need anything during your stay One of the highlights of this apartment is its unbeatable location. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from an array of restaurants, nightlife hotspots, and shopping destinations to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach. Lummus Park and the beach is right across the street. There are numerous clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Walgreens and Publix are close by for your grocery and pharmacy needs A car is NOT necessary The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned - The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am) You can rent bikes, Segways and roller blades right around the corner at Bike and Roll Miami located at 210 10th Street (10th and Collins Avenues) Furnishings may change or be updated- Total of 790 s/f. For your safety and security the building does have cameras in all the common areas including the hallways, lobby, elevators and building exterior and can record 24/7. There are NO cameras in the apartment There is an elevator-and free hi speed wifi and cable tv - wifi provided by building and may be spotty. Windows do not open. App operated Laundry facilities are located in the building and are provided by the building. The third bedroom does not have a closet or window For guests with young children- we do have a pak n play crib available if needed and reserved but we are NOT child proofed We can accommodate a 7th guest on the single sofa in the living room
