Beautiful lake view GUEST SUITE. Includes a private bedroom, bathroom & entrance. The room sleeps 4 guests in a bunk bed of 2 twin beds & a full size bed on the lower level. Room has TV, mini-fridge, & access to outdoor area to enjoy the lake view & fishing (bluegill, peacock bass, & largemouth bass). There is an additional $20 per person per night fee for more than 2 guests. Note: there is no kitchen access therefore no cooking on premises. Miami Beach = 26 miles Miami Airport = 19 miles We are located in a residential area in West Kendall. It is an ideal location if you’re going to or coming back from Key West or want to do shopping in Dolphin Mall or visit the Everglades. You will have the GUEST SUITE (attached to the main house) all to yourself: bedroom, bathroom and private entrance. The room is kept very clean and bedsheets are changed after EVERY guest. You have access to lake view and one designated parking spot free of charge. There is a grocery store and fast food within a mile and half of the property. Note: it is not a public transportation friendly location Have access to backyard that provides a nice lake view and a sitting area under a pergola. You are welcome to enjoy the swing under the pergola and table to eat. You are free to go fishing on the lake but only catch and release. Parking space available in front of the house. I’m very accessible by text. We provide detailed check in instructions to offer a smooth contactless check in. As needed, we can provide a guided check in. There is a Publix, Target, Walmart, McDonalds and Walgreens nearby and places to eat within a short drive away. Best way to get around is by car. Best to get around by car.
