Detailed Property Layout: * Easy Access: Once you arrive, you will walk up 3 steps and use your own personalized code to access the home. * Living Room: Immediately upon entry, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with a sectional sofa and TV for your entertainment. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: *To your left, you will find two bedrooms. One room features a king-size bed and a collapsible hotel-quality baby crib, while the other room has two queen beds. There is one bathroom with a tub, perfect for bathing little ones or enjoying a soak. A linen closet in the hallway provides additional towels. * On the other side of the house, going down two steps, you will find the third bedroom with a king bed and a desk, ideal for working comfortably and in privacy. * All bedroom closets are equipped with irons, steamers, extra blankets, and two bathrobes for lounging in style. Fully Equipped Kitchen: * Our kitchen has everything you need, from pots and pans to measuring cups and cutting boards. To ensure everyone starts their morning right, we provide a Keurig, espresso machine, American drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. Game Room and Additional Bathroom: * Down one step, to the left of the kitchen, you'll enter the game room, which features an arcade machine and classic board games. This area also includes your second bathroom, which features a double sink and a full glass shower. Outdoor Area: * To the left of the bathroom and out the back door, you'll go down 3 steps to reach the outside covered and enclosed terrace. This area is equipped with a pool table, seating area, portable cooler, and a domino table that doubles as a chess board. The open yard features a swimming pool, outdoor games, a hammock, and mini golf. Smoking is only allowed in the mini golf area. Security and Peace of Mind Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. To ensure a secure and comfortable stay, we have surveillance cameras installed outside the house. These cameras are both for your safety and ours, similar to hotels' cameras in public areas. Front of the House: * We have one camera in the left corner, one in the right corner, and a Ring camera at the entrance. * Back Yard: There is one camera facing the north side of the house (service entrance for the pool maintenance), one facing the pool, one above the shed facing east covering the open green space, and one facing west covering more open green areas. * Please note that we do not actively monitor the backyard cameras as we respect your privacy. However, if we receive a noise complaint from a neighbor or are alerted through Ring that more guests have arrived than agreed, we will review the footage to ensure everything is okay and that no party is taking place. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you have a wonderful stay! You have access to the entire home except for the wifi closet, storage closet, and storage shed outside. The home, pool and terrace are entirely private. Although self-check-in is available, we are accessible 24/7 by phone or text to assist with any questions or issues. You can either rent a car or use Uber, Lyft, etc. Parking is easy and free as you have a large private driveway you can use to park 4-6 cars. Just please, don't park on the grass. Guest List and Smoking Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, it is mandatory to provide a list of all guests, including adults and children. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation or an adjustment in the price per person at a minimum rate of $80 per person per day. While smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area by the mini golf section, smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoking occurs inside, a cleaning fee of $500 will be applied.
