You will enjoy a King bed perfect for tall people, Indian slate floors, decorated ceilings, Tiffany style lamps, large wood frame mirrors, private entrance, private in suite bathroom, free assigned parking, patio with seating area, rooftop with city views. Perfect for Anniversary & special dates gettaway. Wonderful guest suite with one King size bed, private in suite bathroom and private entrance. The king bed can sleep up to 3 people on the same bed. You are welcome to use the common areas such as: outdoor space, sitting areas and swings. No cooking or laundry is allowed. Shades in windows and doors add additional privacy. If you are celebrating a special date, we can help you setting up wine, flowers, additional fee will apply and must be requested in advance. The house can be reached via metrorail (train), bus, rental car, or ride-sharing. From Miami International Airport, you can take the metrorail train and exit in the Coconut Grove station. The house is approximately 1 block away from the station and 3 blocks away US1. If you are driving, you will be able to park in the property. We are located in a perfect area where you can find many nearby restaurants, places to walk, exercise, bike, and enjoy the Coconut Grove Marina, and many others local places. From our home you can visit Downtown Coconut grove, Vizcaya Museum, Brickell Area, Key Biscayne, Light house of Key Biscayne and beaches, Downtown Miami, Bayside, South Beach, Downtown of Coral Gables, Venetian pool, Wynwood neighborhood and many more. If you arrive from Miami International Airport, you can use metro rail of Miami and exit at the Coconut grove station. We are 1 block from the train/bus station. We have also free Trolley all year round. Uber/Lyft can be used to get to Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, and many other locations in no time. If you have time in your vacation, The Everglades is a car ride away within 1 hour, west coast beaches such as Naples and Ft. Myers are approximately 2 hours away. Key West is approximately 3 hours away and can be a fun day trip. The king size bed sleeps 2-3 guests (depending on size and your personal comfort level. Additional guests beyond two (2) will be charged $50 per guest per day of stay. The room are beautifully decorated and taken care of, we ask you to please take care of the room like it was your own home
