Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place within walking distance to Brickell City mall, restaurants, shops, parks, train and free trolleys nearby. The building is small and intimate with shared amenities that are easy to access, such as a spa, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, and event room with kitchen. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay including a fully equipped kitchen for any feast, and a TV with Netflix and Disney
The master room has 1 drawer, the second mattress are inside de closet, there are 3 closets
There are 3 rooms, however you can use 2. On room #1 there can be 4 people and the other room fits 2 more people. The room without access will have a sign on the door that says "Please do NOT open door" because an alarm will activate immediately.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
