Please take a moment to review a few quick notes about the property and our services: 🧼 Pool Service Our pool is professionally serviced every Wednesday morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. You may notice our technician working outside during this time — no need for concern, they’re just keeping the pool sparkling clean for you! 🌿 Landscaping Our landscaping team visits once a week, usually on Wednesday or Thursday mornings, to keep the grounds beautiful and tidy. 🗑️ Garbage Collection The City of Miami collects garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Three bins are located on the side of the house. On collection days, please place any used bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning. After pickup, kindly return them behind the gate by the side of the house. Your help with this is greatly appreciated! 🎉 Parties & Noise Policy We kindly ask that you do not host parties, receptions, or events. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and local ordinances require that no loud music or noise be played after 10 PM. Violation of this rule may result in additional fees or termination of your reservation. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors! 🚗 Parking There’s ample parking available in the driveway. Please avoid parking on the street to ensure smooth traffic flow and neighborhood harmony. 🐾 Pets We love pets! If you’d like to bring yours along, just let us know when booking. A $150 pet cleaning fee applies. 🏊 Pool Pool Heating: Pool heating is available with 48 hours’ notice for a $350 fee. Jacuzzi: Available upon request with a minimum of 3 hours’ notice free of charge . Not available after 12:00 AM. Safety: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty. For everyone’s safety: Enjoy the pool responsibly. No diving. No glass in or near the pool area. The property owners are not liable for any pool-related accidents or injuries. The system may reduce performance or temporarily shut off if outdoor temperatures fall below safe operating limits (approximately 50–55°F). Typical winter heated pool range in South Florida: 80–85°F. The pool is not a hot tub and will not reach spa temperatures. Refunds are not issued due to: Weather conditions Temperature preference Natural environmental factors 🛁 JACUZZI / SPA INFORMATION How is the jacuzzi activated? The jacuzzi is activated by request only. To activate: 📩 Please send a message to property management at the provided number. Once activated: ● ● ● Allow 30 -45 minutes for heating. The system operates on a timed heating cycle. After the preset cycle ends, it automatically returns to pool mode. This automatic shut-off is normal and protects the equipment. Repeated activation may require recovery time between cycles. Jacuzzi Temperature Typical spa temperature range: 98–102°F, depending on weather and system load. Temperature may vary due to: Outdoor conditions Wind exposure Recovery time after prior use The jacuzzi is not a commercial hotel hot tub and operates within residential system capacity. 💧 WATER WALL FEATURE The decorative water wall is an aesthetic feature designed to enhance ambiance. Please note: The water wall operates on a programmed schedule. It may not run continuously. It may be temporarily turned off during maintenance, windy conditions, or system cycling. The water wall is a decorative element and does not affect pool heating performance. Tampering with controls or attempting manual activation is not permitted. 🚫 Equipment Restrictions Guests must not: Adjust valves Change heater settings Access equipment panels Switch system modes Attempt manual activation Tampering may result in equipment damage and repair charges. 🕒 Pool & Spa Hours Use permitted: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM No late-night swimming or spa use. This helps maintain compliance with: Neighborhood quiet hours HOA rules (if applicable) Short-term rental operational standards 👥 Occupancy & Visitors Only registered guests may use the pool and spa. No: Events Pool parties Unapproved visitors Excessive gatherings Maximum occupancy limits apply at all times. Violation may result in: Immediate cancellation Additional fees HOA fines passed to guest Reporting to the booking platform 🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance The pool and spa are professionally serviced. During windy or rainy weather, natural debris may enter the water. Do not: Add chemicals Remove skimmer baskets Add oils, soaps, or bath products to the spa Attempt cleaning or repairs Maintenance visits may occur during daytime hours if required. ⚠ Safety Rules No glass near pool or spa. No diving. No running on the pool deck. Children must be supervised at all times. Use at your own risk. Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or heart concerns should consult a physician before spa use. 📩 Issue Reporting Policy If something is not functioning as expected: Please notify property management immediately on the day of check IN.
