The property features a private entrance, outdoor patio, kitchenette, complimentary Wi-Fi, AC and one complimentary private parking space. Pets are NOT permitted. This newly renovated 235-square-foot private studio offers a comfortable and modern retreat, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom, queen-size bed, and a new mini-split air conditioning unit installed. To enhance your stay, we provide complimentary beach essentials, including: • Two beach chairs • One beach umbrella • One small cooler (holds up to 12 cans) • Two beach towels Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire space—there are no shared areas. The unit is completely private, providing a quiet and relaxing environment throughout your stay. Guests have exclusive access to their designated private parking space, private patio, and suite. These areas are reserved solely for guest use to ensure privacy and comfort throughout their stay. While I am readily available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay, I also respect your privacy and strive to provide a comfortable, independent guest experience. Property is located on a quiet residential no outlet street and has near by malls, gas stations, supermarkets and restaurants. Please make sure to type address directly onto maps or waze for accurate directions. Do not copy and paste. Property is second to last at a no outlet street. This accommodation is designed for a maximum of two guests.
