This place boasts of a fully stocked kitchen and cozy bedroom with a double bed and workspace. It is very centrally located, near iconic milestones such as the historic Coral Gables, Miracle Mile, and 8th Street, and a shot 7 minutes away from Miami International Airport.
As a guest, you will have access to a completely private and independent apartment, with a private entrance (to the side of the 521 property) and private parking. This space consists of a private kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. This space is located as an apartment to the side of a duplex, so guest must be aware that there are two other residences within the property, but these are both completely independent and should in no way infringe upon your stay.
You will have access to the complete apartment to the side of house 521, and are entitled to a private parking in the driveway of the residence, as well as other public parking in front of the house.
Generally, a car is recommended to travel within Miami. However, we encourage guests to take advantage of the Free Miami Trolley, which passes right in front of the property and has a stop about a block and a half away. You can use the free trolley system to connect with other routes and visit most iconic landmarks of the city, such as Wynwood and the Design District.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
