You are visiting one of the most calm neighborhoods in Miami. The City of Miami Springs has its own Police force. Also, Virginia Gardens has its own Police force. So, its pretty safe and we enjoy the two cities protection.
The area is safe. We have two small cities in the neighborhood with their respective police departments driving around the street all times. All neighbors walk in our street and alleys. Kids run bikes and walk freely.
No Trailers Allowed - this city does not allow any type of trailers, or campers. Code enforcement will request immediate removed from property/mia-sprng city area.
No Pets Allowed - most guest prefer the property free of pets. No exceptions, in our out of the house.
There are wild possums, raccoons, stray cats, and plenty prey of birds in Miami Springs. Any pet outside might get a friendly visit from any of these. So, pets outside is a no as well.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
