This is a family vacation home, Absolutely NO PARTIES or EVENTS, quiet neighborhood and cannot disturb the neighbors. Police called immediately plus cancellation of stay. Follow the quiet time hours 10pm-7 am. No smoking in the home! No glassware permitted in the pool, broken glass causes swimmers cuts. No pets allowed.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
