Our location is 2 blocks from CocoWalk, which has many dining and shopping amenities, as well as a movie theater. Some additional nearby attractions are the Coconut Grove Marina, Woman's Club, Peacock Park, Sailing Club and Regatta Park. You’ll love my place because of the proximity to great shopping and beaches with South Beach 15 mins away. My place is great for families, group of friends and business travelers with fast wi-fi. Additionally, we have private parking which is rare for the area. Quiet, safe neighborhood! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen were you can make gourmet meals if desired. 1400 SF of living area. Dedicated Wifi service This apartment is professionally cleaned and has an upgraded central Air Conditioning for purified air. There are no pets allowed so any allergies should not be an issue. Free parking for 2 large cars . You get to access the whole apartment. There is no patio, but there is a long hallway under the eaves . There is a couple of pictures with it. I can either meet you in person or thru a lockbox, as part of the booking process I will provide you with the code and you can check in at any point after check in time. We try to finish the cleanup as quickly as we can and I send you a message so that you can check in early if possible. I am nearby and can help or answer any questions but for the most part you will not be bothered by anyone. We intend to make your stay as peaceful as possible. Central Coconut Grove is a lush tropical jungle like neighborhood that straddles Biscayne Bay on the East and Coral Gables on the West. Downtown Coconut Grove is 2 blocks away from house. Virginia Key & Key Biscayne beaches are 10 minutes away. You can walk or bike to all the amenities that this wonderful community offers: Coco Walk, theaters, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, cafes, banks, marinas, supermarkets, gyms, yoga, parks and more! Uber and Lyft are very popular here. Metro bus stop located 2 blocks away. Bus and free trolley connects with Metrorail system less than a mile away. 15 minutes by car to Miami Intl Airport. Parking available on property. Please be aware that our neighbors are building their new home. They started their project in February, 2026 to be completed by September or October, 2026. They don't start till 8am and stop at 5pm Monday through Friday. Most of the time they are not very noisy. Please ask me any questions you may have. Miami is a tropical destination, due to this the A/C temperature is limited to a minimum of 70 degrees to avoid condensation and potential health hazards. In downtown Coconut Grove you have: nice restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, or The Barnacle. If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or catch the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore. If you take the metrorail north you can go to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.
