Valet parking service for a moderate fee (if your party arrives with more than one car). As of October 14th, 2025, the (whole) day fee was $30.00/day (no in and out privileges). Liquor and fine cigar store on premisses (ground floor, entrance from the outside). Hair salon, on the ground floor, entrance from the outside, open every day. *All the furniture is new, all the mattresses, chairs, sofa, tables, desk, carpet, dressers, sheets, towels, pillows, dishes, lamps, clocks, TVs....everything! (Everything that is inside the apartment was delivered brand-new in December, 2024). *Mattresses are memory foam. Comforters and pillows are filled only with down and feathers. Sheets, pillow cases, and comforter covers are made of 100% cotton. *Entire apartment was renovated in November, 2025. *Freshly painted (November, 2025): walls, ceiling, closet places, bathroom... everywhere. *Floor got a new finish in November, 2025. *This two bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 square feet apartment with 25 feet long wraparound balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean is of the same quality as the 4 star hotel down the street where for the same price you will get only a single room (and for the size of our apartment you would pay thousands). *There is a washer and a dryer inside the apartment (we do not supply detergent. You can get it in 7-11 downstairs, on the ground floor) * There is an additional laundry area on the 14th floor ($) with multiple machines. *First bedroom has two double beds, second bedroom has one king size bed and one single bed. *First bedroom also has a 40" flat screen cable TV, floor lamp, two night stands, two table lamps, and alarm clock that also serves as a smartphone wireless charger. *Ensuite bathroom is connected to this bedroom. * First bedroom has a large walk-in closet. *Second bedroom has one king bed, one single bed, floor lamp, night stand, night light, alarm clock (with wireless phone charger), and separate closet space. Also, the powder desk and the chair with a large oval mirror above and two side lamps. *Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, and it has an outdoor set (table and four chairs) * In a living area you will find a dining table with very comfortable seating for 6 and a 60" flat screen SMART TV , also the sofa, the armchair, coffee table and long dresser. Sofa converts to a double size bed for the nighttime. * There is a (free) wireless internet in the apartment. * Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not included, please bring your own), regular coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher, plenty of silverware, glassware, plates, pots and pans, mugs.... *In both bathrooms, you will find clean towels, soaps, body was, and shampoo. * We provide iron, iron board, hand-held electric steamer, and hairdryer. * One pack-and-play and one high-chair is provided upon request. We offer early check-in (before 4:00 PM) or late check-out (after 10:00 AM). Regularly, the cleaning person requires 5 to 6 hours to properly prepare the apartment between guests. These timings are in place to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned and ready for your arrival. That said, if you need a couple of extra hours, we can request an additional cleaner from the cleaning company. With two cleaners, the preparation time is cut in half, which may allow for early check-in or late check-out—subject to availability. The cleaning company charges $95 for each additional cleaner. Based on that, early check-in (starting at 2:00 PM) or late check-out (until 12:00 noon) is possible for a fee of $95 per option. Please note that we do not profit from this—we simply collect the amount and pass it directly to the cleaning service. We understand this may not work for everyone, and it’s entirely optional.
