The property is so close to the beach that from the ground floor pool, all you have to do is open the gate, walk a few steps, and you’re on Miami Beach. Nothing stands between you, the beach and the ocean. Monte Carlo offers great amenities as well. You can go to the pool area located on the 5th floor and enjoy the spectacular view. Also, if you feel like doing some exercise, there is a great gym space right by the pool – you can get on a treadmill with a panoramic view of the ocean. After walking and sunbathing on the beautiful beach just outside the Monte Carlo, you might want something to eat. If you love American burgers, BurgerFi is the place for you, with only a five minutes’ walk North on Collins. Norman’s Tavern, also within walking distance, offers locals and tourists an excellent drinking spot to enjoy after sunset. On Collins Avenue, you will find all of the nightlife that you could need along with restaurant and local shops. The Avenue conveniently runs parallel to the beach and head south it will run alongside Ocean Drive. You can find trolleys or the local bus that can take you around to great restaurants and great shopping. It is a people friendly and entertaining avenue. The unit can be located on the 2nd floor of the building and it can be a corner or non corner side (direct view). Beach chairs and umbrellas are placed on the beach by building staff daily , usually from 9am to 5pm est. Each apartment has permission to use 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella: however, it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or on the building’s premises. Breaking Dharma’s non-smoking policy would result in a $500 fine.
