The master bedroom has one King Bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The entire apartment is for you to use. You also have access to all of the building's amenities with no additional fees. (IMPORTANT (Only 4 guest cards are provided for the amenities. Only 4 guests can use the amenities at the same time). The apartment fits 5, but management only allows 4 guests to use the amenities. ) Located in the residence side of the W hotel, on-site, fine-dining options including Cipriani, Cantina La 20, and Addikt Restaurant on the building's 15th floor. Please Note: *We were recently notified by the building administration that, due to exterior repairs and restoration work, the balconies must remain closed and inaccessible for safety reasons during your stay. Additionally, for safety reasons, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday, and will be open from Friday at 10:00 AM through Sunday. The Guest Services Team will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay. * Unfortunately we do not offer early check-in or late check-out (unless explicitly agreed) we usually have guests before and after you and the apartment has to be ready and properly cleaned. • Garbage – Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Trash is to be disposed of properly. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. • Smoking – Cigarette butts are not to be thrown off the balcony. • Noise complaints – Parties are not allowed in the unit, this is a residential building. The maximum of occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 11pm or before 7am. • Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation. • Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts. - No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit * (Listed amenities subject to availability.
