Free garage parking available and package service for guests as well! The studio is newly remodeled. It has tile throughout, LED and Dim Lighting, modern bathroom and coffee station with coffee and tea. Outdoor balcony sitting area is available to enjoy the partial ocean views from the unit. Spacious closets for storage and a full size refrigerator, and kitchen. Two double beds with a twin bed trundle bed accommodates 6 guests! Guests can also reserve the barbecues located on the pool area or the social room for large gatherings for a small fee. The studio is entirely for guest use. We have a package room available for guests to retrieve any package ordered. Guests can have access to a pool, jacuzzi, gym , game room and kids’ room. Everything in the unit is for guests to utilize! Guests can reach me at anytime if anything is needed via text or phone. Front desk personnel is also available to answer any questions and provide information on any needs. We are located in the heart of brickell. Publix is located two blocks away from the property and there are many banks around. Uber eats, postmates and insta cart deliveries are available at the property. Beautiful walkway at the end of the street that offers walking by the bay; public transportation is available and stops are right at the corners of the condominium.
