The views during the construction phrase will be slightly obstructed with safety nets. Guests have access to the entire condo apartment - kitchen, dining, living, bedroom, bathroom, closet, balcony, in-unit washer/dryer. PARKING - FREE spot inside garage across the street. Fob-entry and secured. ** Please note - Although the condo can accommodate 6 guests, the building’s HOA will limit only 4 guests to access the buildings amenities (Pool, spa & gym are limited to only four guests per unit).
