This is a bedroom with a full size bed, a desk and a tv with fire stick 4K. The bathroom is located just outside the room. You will hear airport activity specially when windows are open and the air conditioner unit is located just outside room which is a bit noisy when running so if you are a light sleeper please bring earplugs. If you need a key for the room, there is a $10 refundable deposit once key is returned. Only non smokers welcomed! The home is great for guests who need to stay close to airport, overnighters, students, and business travelers. It’s a shared home. Only non smokers are welcome please! You may use kitchen for cooking and preparing meals. Laundry room is available for a fee. There is also an iron and iron board should you need one. You may use front porch but backyard is OFF LIMITS! Thank you! I'm not always around but when I am I love to interact with my guests. Miami Springs is centrally located and only 2 miles from MIA and 10 miles from Miami Beach. It is a quiet, family oriented neighbohood. Golf course is about a mile away. There are fast food restaurants, restaurants, supermarket, post office, fire and police station in the city of Miami Springs. Coming MIA you may take bus number 37 or bus number 42 to Miami Springs or you may also take an UBER, LYFT or a taxi. From FLL you may take the tri-rail to Hialeah Market Place (more convenient) or Airport Station. Should you need to be picked up from MIA I provide the service for a $15 fee. Free parking on driveway in front of house. DO NOT PARK ON GRASS! Please always leave bathroom door completely open when not in use so that bathroom does not collect humidity and other guests (if there are any) know that bathroom is unoccupied. Do not wash clothes in bathroom sink nor shower. Make sure that you flush toilet paper . Please shut off fan and lights whenever leaving the room. Thank you.
