Guests use the pool at their own risk. › The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or drowning incidents. › No diving is permitted. › No glass is allowed in or around the pool area. GARBAGE › The City of Miami collects garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. › Three bins are provided on the side of the house. › If your stay coincides with collection days, please place bins at the front of the driveway if they need to be emptied and return them afterward. › If bins do not need to be taken out, our cleaning team will handle everything after check-out. PARTIES & EVENTS › Parties and events are strictly prohibited. › The home is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM. › Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. PARKING › Ample parking is available in the driveway. › Please do not park on the street or on the lawn. PETS › Pets are allowed. Please inform us in your initial message if you plan to bring a pet.
