Recommend to have a car house is centrally located, The property is conveniently located in a NE central Miami with close proximity to some of Miami’s most desirable attractions such as beaches and Wynwood art district. downtown, airport and port home in a quiet neighborhood with parking in front of the section gravel area on the right side of the front yard up to 2 cars, the left side a carport is only for the owners living in the back area and the back yard is off-limits. The house Featuring Bay windows to the front yard, this 2 Bedroom 1 Bath home, has 1 queen bed in each room, a sofa bed, and one bathroom. There is NO laundry on the premise owner will send you close-by laundry mats and wash and folds. This area was developed in the 1920s and is known for its art deco architecture, bayfront vistas, and wide tree-lined streets. Each room has an independent entrance/exit and comes with free on-premise parking and WIFI access. The property is conveniently located in a central area with close proximity to some of Miami’s most desirable attractions such as The Miami Design District, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Little Havana, South Beach, and Miami Beach. The Shore House is located near the lush, residential village of Miami Shores. This area was developed in the 1920s and is known for its art deco architecture, bayfront vistas, and wide tree-lined streets. Each room has an independent entrance/exit and comes with free on-premise parking and WIFI access. PLEASE NOTE: no parties or large gatherings in the house max house permitted in the house is the guest staying at the house. you will only have access to the enclosed front yard, and parking 3 cars park head in or back in .. the back yard is not permitted access or any access to the back yard.If you want the laundry, there are many coin laundry & wash and folds or coin laundry. We have a limited amount of towels, please. Please note you will have to throw out your trash, clean your dishes as well leave the house clean, if the house is left dirty as well towels are left stained or sheets are stained you will be charged an additional charge. We do have a cleaning lady after every stay if you need one during your stay we can provide one for an additional charge. Dogs are NOT allowed you will need to ask the owner permission as long as these rules are followed: 1) The dog must be kept on a leash at all times on our property 2). No animals are allowed in the backyard or allowed to go in the backyard. Parking is in the front yard only there an entrance opening to the right of the red mailbox and all cars need to park either parking facing the house or back in but not sideways or not to the left of the red mailbox and not in the carport. Please if you have guest visiting please inform them to not park sideways or on the left side of the red mailbox and not blocking the carport to the left of the mailbox, owner parks on the drive port as well to the left of the house Guest access - Self-checks in all information will be sent day of check in It is located in Miami neighborhood a two minutes’ walk from Barry University where local residents been living in the area for the past 40 years everyone is welcoming and are a regular working person. Please respect their privacy. No speeding on streets.neighborhood is close to a variety grocery stores, cafe and bakery and a public miami shores golf course 5 minutes away We Very close and centrally located to everywhere recommended to have a car. We are located ne historical miami , Museum, antique shops, Historic Miami shores with local restaurants, Gulf course, miami shores pool and park and shops. As well we 15 away from the Hard rock stadium. 10 drive yo historic Calle ocho, 15 minutes drive yo key Biscayne and coral gables. 20 minutes to Hollywood. What’s close mimo mozzarella cafe, sins gastro bar, three palms Cuban restaurant , Starbucks and Dunkin. We have a very nice fall food hall just a 3-minute drive called the Citadel, Famous Proper sausage, Le creme French bakery off of ne 125 St next to the North Miami museum. 10- 15 away from Miami airport, Miami Beach, and downtown, 20 min drive away from Fort Lauderdale airport. You can always ask what to do, born raised in miami and love restaurants . it is a neighborhood so no parties or events are allowed in the house. please inform your guests that are visiting about parking that is essential to only two car permits during your stay.
