Please notify us once your package arrives so we can provide you with the pickup code. House Rules - The main guest must be at least 21 years old to book. - No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises, including tobacco, cannabis, or the use of recreational drugs. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty plus an additional cleaning fee. - No parties, events, or illegal activity of any kind. Please keep noise to a respectful level — no loud music after 10:00 PM. - The number of guests may not exceed those listed on the reservation. - Please avoid moving furniture. - The key fob must be returned to its original spot upon check-out. A $100 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned. - Guests may be required to present a valid government ID at check-in or during their stay. - Any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay will be charged accordingly. A deep cleaning fee will apply if the property is left in poor condition.
