Welcome to The Secret Garden Villa, this house was made for those who enjoy the throwback vibe style while keeping a modern touch. The property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, BBQ area, and a big secret garden. Our Villa is in the city but looks and feel like you are far away from it. The house has one of the last remaining murals of Earl Lapan, famous for his Miami Beach hotel lobby paintings. There are cameras only outside the Villa, we value privacy. We are available through the app 24 hours to assist with anything that may happen, in case of an emergency, we might visit. There are plenty of things to do when visiting Miami or on your staycation. Here are some ideas to consider: Miami Beach beaches are just a hop over the bridge. There are parking lots. If you like walking, there are some nice outdoors spaces in Wynwood Arts and Miami Design District (Wynwood is 10 minutes away). Both areas have plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you entertained for hours. We also recommend checking out Brickell, Downtown and Little Havana for a Mojito in Calle Ocho. Shopping and people watching down Lincoln Road or Bal Harbour Shops. If there is anything in particular that you would like to see while in Miami, we would be happy to point you in the right direction. We love this city and want to make sure you do too! Close to everything, you may need a car - this is Miami- but buses and Uber are reliable and available. Free and abundant street parking. No parties are allowed. No events are allowed. No extra guests are allowed. Smoking is allowed outside only. The house is surrounded by BIG backyard and lot of plants and trees, this is what gives personality to the house, if you see leaves falling to the pool is not because the cleaning but for the wind causing the leaves fall off the trees all the way to the pool, we leave a pool net for you to be able to remove them. We also leave a broom at the property for you to remove the spider webs in the balcony, we remove them every cleaning, however, since the house is surrounded by plants, the webs appear every day again. Since the house has a lot of exotic plants and a lot of patio space, during raining days there could be bugs that enter the house. It’s normal since you get to enjoy the beautiful garden that the house features. The pool cleaning is Tuesday and Friday. The grill is there for your enjoyment, however we ask they if you use it you, please clean it afterwards. We will charge an extra $35 if the grill is left in unacceptable conditions. Also we do not provide gas for the grill, if it runs out you can take the tank to the nearest grocery store to exchange for a new one. Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. However, we will be available throughout your stay. Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property. When exiting through the car gate please use the key pad located next to the double glass doors. There are cameras outside our property for safety.
