Living space & comfort The living area is set up for both relaxation and productivity. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, and natural light balances well with the room-darkening shades when it’s time to rest. Entertainment options include a TV and sound system, while a dedicated workspace with WiFi and an Ethernet connection supports remote work or planning your Miami itinerary. Kitchen & dining A full kitchen gives you the freedom to cook and dine on your schedule. With ample space for meal prep and a dining table for shared meals, it’s easy to start the day slowly or wind down after exploring downtown. Coffee is on hand for relaxed mornings before heading out. The property is equipped with in-unit laundry, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Noise decibel monitoring is in place to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, without recording conversations. Luggage dropoff and cleaning during your stay are available, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Location & getting around Located in downtown Miami near Brickell, you’re surrounded by Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center, the Port of Miami, and LoanDepot Park. The free Metromover stops right outside the building, making it easy to explore downtown without a car. Whether you’re here for events, work, or time by the water, everything you need is just a short walk or ride away. Perfect for travelers who value location, convenience, and a well-equipped space, this downtown Miami stay offers a seamless blend of city living and everyday comfort. Parking: One parking spot is available at a nearby garage just half a block from the building, for an additional parking fee of $15 per night. A key card granting access to this garage is provided upon check-in. If your group requires more than one vehicle, the same garage offers additional parking at their standard rates. To reserve the included spot for your stay, please message us before or upon booking so we can confirm availability and add the fee to your reservation. House rules: This is a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, no-weed, no-party property. If these rules are broken, guests will be subject to fees of $500 or more. If you need to smoke, you can safely do so outside of the building on the street. Check-in time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available with a fee! Transportation: If flying into Miami International, you can take the Miami Metro system directly to the First Street Metro Mover station at the entrance of the building, all for just $2.25!
