Great unit and very nice large 1 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bathroom, very open with great views!
Our lobby and pool terrace are under renovation through November 2025. Our hot tubs remain open and alternative pool accommodations are available.
over 10500 sq. ft indoor space plus a terrace, that seems even larger. It's a great space in a great location and building.
Guests will have the best location, within minutes from anywhere, by walking, public transportation, bike, or car
We have an on site office and are there to serve 7 days a week. There is also concierge service 24/7 and much more including rental offices, restaurants, Doctor's office, Pharmacy, Liquor store, etc.
This building is only a few miles from MIA airport and on the bay. Long before you arrive, you'll get a welcome from us. We have office in the same building and there are 24 hour concierge and doormen. There is plenty of public transportation as well, but we recommend taxi, supper shuttle, or rental car. We have parking as well that is in doors and well secured. You'll love it here.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
