Good public transportation and restaurants in the area. Just 4 blocks from the Coral Gables east side . The STUDIO is totally independent from the house. The house is located at the end of West Little Havana, just four block from elegant Coral Gables. Famous Versailles Restaurant and Bakery Shop are at three blocks. Neighborhood is very safe. One parking space is offered, We typically welcome the Guests, but we offer a Self Check-in option in case the arrival is after 11pm. Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Guests are welcomed to seat in the rear yard. A BBQ grille with a side burner is offered for the Studio only (No heavy meals are allowed to cook inside due to the Central Air System) Host lives in the House and is reachable by phone or in person at any regular time.
