This home is located just 5 minutes from the Miami Airport and is central to many attractions here in Miami. Take a walk down Calle Ocho, swim at Miami Beach, enjoy a game at Marlins baseball stadium or American Airlines Arena (home to the Miami Heat), and dine at one of the many popular restaurants such as Versailles. These are all within 15 minutes of this private comfortable home. Come enjoy a location that provides a rich experience into the vibrant hispanic culture that Miami radiates. Parties are not permitted on the property. If you want to invite over a friend or family member you can personally message for approval and that is not an issue at all. The guesthouse is the main portion of the home that has been separated from the upstairs area. It is completely private and has full and total control of the kitchen and pool. Take a look inside and you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. In total there are 3 TV's, one for each room in the house . The kitchen contains all essentials for cooking a meal such as pots/pans, utensils, cups, a pressure cooker, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator. Both bedrooms contain a queen sized bed that suits 2 people each comfortably, with the master bedroom having a nectar mattress. A sofa bed, and 2 inflatable mattresses are available as well if more sleeping arrangements are required. We can wash and dry your clothing as well The outdoors portion of the house has a patio that has been sealed off from the rest of the house so that you and your family can enjoy some peace and privacy while you relax outside or go for a swim in the heated pool. There is available parking outside the house that can comfortably suite 3-4 cars for free. Someone will always be available if there is an issue with anything. Miami airport is 5 minutes away. The port of Miami is 6 minutes away. LoanDepot 7 minutes.
