Welcome to our Modern Chic Retreat! Experience comfort and style in our beautifully renovated private home, ideally located near Florida International University (FIU) and Miami International Airport. We have newly renovated our home to expand the master bedroom as well as access to the New Private Pool with your stay! The entrance to the house is a Glass Double Door with a Keypad on it. The other Glass Single door is the entrance to an adjacent apartment (SEPARATE FROM THE MAIN HOUSER) Welcome to Your Modern Miami Sanctuary! We’re delighted to host you in our beautifully designed, fully private home — a perfect mix of modern style, comfort, and relaxation. ⸻ 🚗 Parking & Privacy When you arrive, you’ll find a shared driveway. The right side is reserved for you and your guests, accommodating up to 3 vehicles. The left side is for the tenants of the adjacent apartment. Next to the main entrance, you’ll notice another door — this leads to a separate apartment, but don’t worry! The house and pool are completely private for your exclusive use. You’ll have plenty of privacy throughout your stay. ⸻ 🏠 Inside the Home Step inside and be welcomed by a bright, open-concept living area featuring an electric fireplace and — perfect for cozy evenings and nights. Continue into the stunning high-ceiling kitchen, illuminated by an elegant pendant chandelier. A large kitchen island offers the perfect spot for cooking, cocktails, and conversations. You’ll find brand-new appliances, sleek finishes, and double glass doors leading to the backyard. ⸻ 🛏 Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Master Suite: Enjoy a king-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, 65” TV, accent chair, and a ceiling fan with remote. The ensuite bathroom features double glass shower doors, dual sinks, a bidet, and a walk-in closet with chandelier, bench, and full-length mirror. • Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed, 55” TV, dresser, large closet, and a ceiling fan with remote. • Third Bedroom (Loft): Located upstairs, this spacious room includes a full bed, twin bed, sofa bed, and queen air mattress, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Upstairs, you’ll also find a cozy living area with a dedicated workspace — perfect for working remotely or relaxing. The home includes two full bathrooms, both newly renovated and designed for comfort and style. ⸻ 🍽 Dining & Lounge Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring an elegant table that seats up to 8 guests. A stylish lounge corner with two accent chairs and a 70” TV offers a quiet place to unwind, while double glass doors open directly to the pool area — blending indoor and outdoor living beautifully. ⸻ ☀️ Outdoor Oasis Step outside to your private heated pool, complete with color-changing LED lights, sleek black flooring, and modern tilework — a truly stunning retreat. The patio area includes a comfortable seating set with chairs, a sofa, and a center table — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. A decorative grass and wood accent wall adds a touch of Miami flair. There’s also an outdoor BBQ grill (equipment provided in the kitchen), and additional seating areas for relaxing or entertaining under the backyard’s elegant lighting. ⸻ ✨ Final Touch Our home combines modern design with cozy comfort, creating a space where every detail is meant to make you feel at ease. You will have access to this area as well as the private pool! Next to the main entrance is another door leading to an apartment occupied by tenants! (NO ACCESS TO THE HOUSE ) The pool and the house are for use of the guests only - no shared areas! You will have plenty of privacy during your stay! Please keep in mind parking is shared .. the right side of the driveway is to be used by guests .. you can fit about 3 cars. The left side of driveway is for the tenants use!
