Tucked away in the quiet, residential Sunset West neighborhood of Miami, this home offers the perfect balance of peaceful privacy and easy access to everything Miami has to offer. You're just minutes from major highways — the Florida Turnpike, Palmetto Expressway (SR-826), and SR-874 — making it effortless to explore the city by car or rideshare. Within a short 10-15 minute drive, you'll find The Shops at Sunset Place and Dadeland Mall for shopping and entertainment, plus Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Pinecrest Gardens, and Matheson Hammock Park for outdoor escapes. Charming Coral Gables, with its iconic Miracle Mile, boutique shops, and acclaimed restaurants, is roughly 15-20 minutes away. For a beach day, Key Biscayne and Crandon Park Beach are about a 20-minute drive, while the energy of South Beach and the vibrant murals of Wynwood are approximately 25-35 minutes away. This home is located on a quiet, residential street, ideal for a peaceful stay. While the neighborhood is walkable for short errands, having a car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is recommended to make the most of your visit, as most major attractions, beaches, and restaurants are a short drive away. Parking: Free private parking is available on-site, with a spacious driveway that fits multiple vehicles — no need to worry about street parking or permits. Getting around the city: By car: Quick access to the Florida Turnpike, Palmetto Expressway (SR-826), and SR-874, connecting you easily to all parts of Miami. Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes. Public transit: Limited in this immediate area, but nearby bus routes connect to Metrorail stations for those wanting to explore downtown or Brickell without a car. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. For security/safety purposes only, there are security cameras covering the outside area. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages. A starter supply of household and cleaning may be available in the property to use.. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, it’s important to note that Florida's tropical climate is home to endemic insects, including Palmetto bugs. To minimize encounters, we conduct monthly pest control treatments. This significantly reduces the likelihood of seeing any insects during your stay, but we want to be transparent that the possibility is not entirely eliminated. For your convenience, we have placed bug spray under the sink in the kitchen. Should you encounter one of these native insects, please feel free to use it. Rest assured, the presence of this spray is not indicative of cleanliness or an infestation—rather, it is a minor and unavoidable aspect of living in a tropical environment.
