Relax at this peaceful and spacious guest house with pool, centrally located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood, perfectly nestled between Downtown Miami and the great shopping/restaurants of Miracle Mile. Within easy reach of everything Miami has to offer, including Vizcaya, Coral Gables, Wynwood, Design District, South Beach and Miami Airport! Detached guest house with its own entrance. Inside, you'll find over 600 square feet of private space, including separate bedroom, living room, and dining areas. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after splashing around in the pool right outside your door! Please note that the bathroom shower valve and fixtures were replaced March 2024, so the water pressure issue noted by previous guests has been resolved. Off street parking is available, with a gate that I normally keep open but can be closed and/or locked if you wish. Parking is available and easy, and house is two blocks from Coral Way, a major street with bus routes and Miami's free trolley service! The bed is a queen, with a futon-style sofa-bed that turns into a double. The sofa bed is great for kids but might be a little small for large adults! If you prefer an alternative, a queen air mattress (standard-bed height with a built-in electric pump) is also available.
