For a seamless Check-In Process, we request all our guests the following after Booking Confirmation: 1. The Number of Guests staying. 2. The Photo ID [Any approved Government ID], such as Driving Licence or Passport as we need to register all the guests with the Building for a seamless Check-In Process. The Host will request for these Information only after the booking confirmation. 📝 Other Things to Note No Hidden Fees: Unlike many Miami stays, there are no resort fees or surprise charges — your nightly rate and cleaning fee cover everything. Parking: Valet parking is available on-site for an additional cost. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability. We also provide Luggage Drop Access by which you can drop off your luggages Directly into the unit for an additional fees.
