However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them carefully, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree ✅. Visitors Policy To help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests in the building, all visitors must receive prior approval from the host. Please contact me before inviting any non-registered guests to the property. Unauthorized visitors, excessive noise, parties, or occupancy exceeding the number of guests listed on the reservation may result in fines imposed by the building and/or host. The primary guest who made the reservation may be held responsible for any violations and could be charged up to $1,000 for non-compliance. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone. 👥 MAX OCCUPANCY The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 adults. This cannot be amended, not before arrival or during your stay. 🎶 NOISE & PARTIES Miami is a lively city that never sleeps 🌴🎉—go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do NOT bring it home: loud music and parties are not tolerated in our building. Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction 🚨. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves but mainly residents who want a peaceful environment 🌙. 👜 PERSONAL BELONGINGS We know you value your belongings, so don’t leave them behind! We are not liable for personal belongings left inside the property after check-out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense 📦), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to have to hunt down forgotten items left in our 75+ condos 😉. 🛑 THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS No third-party bookings unless agreed upon. Just let us know prior to booking if you are booking on behalf of others. 🚭 SMOKING Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted inside the property 🚫. Smoking is only permitted if it’s legal and on the balcony, with all doors tightly closed. If smoking is detected inside, you will face eviction and forfeit your deposit. ❌ AMENITIES Hosts will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is out of our control, and no refunds will be given in such cases. 🐾 PETS Absolutely no pets are permitted 🐶🚫. We love animals ❤️ but must follow building rules for nightly/monthly rentals. 🧑‍💼 AGE REQUIREMENT Must be 21+ to book 🪪. Please check your ID prior to booking to ensure you are 21 or older, not after booking. This avoids cancellations on both ends. ✋ HAND-SCAN ACCESS All guests will receive a hand scan at check-in for access around the building: security front desk, elevators, pool, and gym. Hand scans are deleted from the system at 11 AM on check-out day. ❄️ CANCELLATIONS Policies are in line with the owners’ guidelines and govern your reservation. Please review carefully before booking. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance 🛡️ to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from failure to obtain travel insurance. We cannot intervene or act as insurance providers. 📦 PACKAGES Apologies, but the building does not allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays up to 1–2 days. 📑 AFTER BOOKING – NIGHTLY STAYS Guest ID Submission 🪪 Please attach a driver’s license or passport for each adult, including yourself, for building registration. This is mandatory to register properly. Do not cross anything off on your ID or it will need to be resent. Submit ASAP after booking to avoid delays. Prompt submission helps us ensure a smooth stay for you. Valet Parking 🚗 Valet is the only option. Two choices (unlimited in/out privileges): $42/day prepaid prior to arrival $48/day paid directly to the building 10+ night stays: please inquire. Let us know if you require valet so we can email an invoice before arrival. Garage height limit: 6’6”, accommodates most SUVs, but not trucks or vans. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot use valet. No EV charging available.
