Set in a lush tropical garden with a private brick path leading your way through palms, avocado and various fruit trees, our 900 sq. ft. cottage is located in the historic Shorecrest neighborhood of Miami's Upper East Side. Enjoy what is basically a brand new house with central air conditioning, plenty of ceiling fans to keep you comfortable year round, a custom kitchen, ample bathroom with a clawfoot tub, dimmable LED lighting throughout and a huge front deck.
Our cottage is set in the rear of our property and shares a yard with our main house. We are never too far away and easily reached.
Miami's Mimo district is just down the road along Biscayne Blvd with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. There is also a nice supermarket and starbucks within walking distance. A 10 minute car ride to the beach and 20 minutes to the airport.
Our recommendation is to have a car it's really the best way to enjoy Miami, but there is a bus route along Biscayne Blvd (walking distance) and the usual Uber and Lift services as alternatives.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
