We require guests to check out by 11 AM the checkout time in order to have enough to clean and prepare for the next guest. Failure to do so without our approval is subject to a $50 fee for every half-hour past the checkout time.
locksmith calls and delivery of extra keys will incur a $65 min fee subject to time and date. wEEKends extra fees as well as after 10 pm ANY DAY.

NOTE: From time to time we MAY change some of the furniture and or change some decor of the unit due to either damages by Guests and or normal wear and tear and MAY not have time to Retake pictures of the changes. Also our Exterior furniture and or plants or bushes can also be altered due to changes of Weather inclement and or Hurricanes and may not be able to update the pictures.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
