We reside in a three story "historic" building that was built in 1930. It is well kept and still maintains it's period looks. Our place is not luxurious, but it is comfortable, central, and affordable. Our apartment is on the second floor and there are no elevators in the building. You will need to climb 14 steps. We will supply clean linen only at the beginning of your stay no matter the length of your stay. For your convenience there are coin operated washers and dryers on the first floor of the building, west side of the parking lot. You can use the apartment in its entirety. Our building is centrally located in the heart of Little Havana. We are across from "Presidente" supermarket. Walking distance to Publix supermarket, Burger King, Rey's Pizza and many other local restaurants. Public transportation nearby. Train stations is also nearby. We are minutes away from Marlins Park, Brickell City Centre and Bayside. Only 20 minutes to Wynwood, you do not want to miss it. Less than 3 miles away from Jackson Memorial Hospital. We are walking distance to bus stop for line 7 which can take you to Dolphin Mall, Mall of the Americas and Downtown Miami. Walking distance to bus stop 17, which connects to Metrorail. Access to Miami Trolley Transportation. Access to UBER and Lift. *** Public transportation from Miami Airport: take the MIA Mover @ the airport to the Airport Station (bus station). Take bus line 7A. Ride for about 30 minutes and arrive to NW 7th St and 22nd Avenue. Walk South to W Flagler st for about 7 minutes. Our building is on the South corner of 23rd Ave and West Flager St. Since the building is locked for the security of it's residents, we discourage any kind of deliveries since Amazon, for instance, will not be able to access the building.
