Sleeping Arrangement: 1 Premium King Bed (Perfect for up to 2 guests). Bathroom: 1 Full Private Bathroom. Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, plates, cups, and utensils—everything you need to prepare an amazing meal. Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, fresh shower towels, and 1 dedicated parking space on the property. We will send you your private access code prior to arrival, so there is no need for an in-person meetup. House Rules & Important Notes ⚠️ NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY: Because there are other homes on this lot, keeping noise levels down is strictly enforced. There is absolutely no noise or music after 10:00 PM, and no running inside the home. If you are planning a celebration, party, or want to play loud music, this is NOT the home for you. No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited. Smoking: Outside only. Property Care: Guests agree to keep the premises in excellent condition and are financially responsible for any missing or broken items. Liability: By booking this home, you agree to these house rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay. FAQs & Check-Out Procedures Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM using your access pin code. Early check-in depends entirely on cleaning schedules; please ask us the day before arrival to confirm. Check-out: By 11:00 AM sharp. Unapproved late check-outs affect our tight cleaning schedule for same-day arrivals and will result in a full day's booking fee or a $150 charge (whichever is greater). Security Deposit: A security deposit hold is required for damages but is not charged to your total unless damage occurs. Payment: Reservations must be paid in full to secure your dates. Because we experience a 95% occupancy rate, dates cannot be held without payment. Local Tips: For local recommendations, we highly recommend checking "TripAdvisor" and "Yelp" (both free apps). What We Provide (Starter Kit) We provide a complimentary starter set of supplies to get you settled. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for the remainder of their stay: 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 roll of paper towels Fresh sheets and shower towels upon arrival Shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee, a broom, and a mop. (A welcome folder in the unit lists nearby grocery and convenience stores within walking/driving distance). What You Need to Bring Any extra toiletries, food, spices, and personal items not listed above. Check-Out Checklist To help us keep the home affordable and prepare for the next guest, please complete the following steps before 11:00 AM to avoid an additional cleaning fee: Trash: Remove all trash and place it in the large green containers located outside. Towels: Place all used towels on the floor by the washer and dryer. Leave unused beds made. Dishes: Wash all dishes and kitchenware, and put them away exactly as you found them. Food: Empty the fridge of all opened food. Opened condiments, unopened items, and fresh coffee/spices may be left behind (please ensure nothing is rancid). Electronics & Utilities: Turn off all lights, fans, and the thermostat. Unplug small appliances (coffee maker, blender, etc.). Turn off all faucets. Furniture: If you moved any furniture, please return it to its original position. Remotes: Leave the TV remote control clearly visible on the living room table. Secure the Home: Lock and close the main entrance door and the outside gates. Belongings: Double-check for all personal items. We are not responsible for items left behind. You will have full and private access to Unit #3 of the house, which is easily accessed through the gate on the right side of the house. You will also have access to the shared backyard and the open-air parking located directly in front of the property. Please note that other areas or units of the property may be occupied, but your space is completely separate and private. We love giving our guests space to fully enjoy their stay, so check-in is completely automated via a smart lock. However, we are always just a message or a phone call away if you need any recommendations, assistance, or have any questions during your time here! We are located less than 30 minutes from Miami's Hard Rock Stadium, where the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches will be played! Shared Laundry: For your convenience, there is a shared washing machine located at the back of the house available for your use. Parking: Driveway parking out front fits up to 1 vehicle. Please coordinate accordingly if traveling with multiple cars. Smart TVs: Don't forget to bring your login credentials!
