This Studio is located in the City of Miami. It has its own PRIVATE patio,pool,jacuzzi and parking with gate near to Coral Gables, little Havana, Brickell, Downtown Miami and only 20 minutes away from South beach. You won't only find a private and quiet place to stay but also a very detailed and sparkly clean place since we are the hosts and owner of the property too. PRIVATE pool and Jacuzzi for guests only NOT SHARED. Modern bathroom and fully equipped retro kitchenette with dining room set included. Comfy queen size bed, work desk and a 43 inches TV where you will be able to enjoy Netflix, Amazon video and other channels. 2-This studio has private gated parking inside the property. 3-We want our guests to be aware that we are NOT located in Miami Beach, our location is in City of Miami EXACTLY 8.8 miles from South Beach, approximately 15 to 20 minutes driving depending on the traffic. NOTE: approximately 5 minutes walking you will find the station trolleybus and it is completely FREE the bus takes you to the famous little Havana on 8th street, Brickell, downtown Miami and more, for schedules and routes, download the City of Miami Trolley app. As shown in our pictures; the pool, jacuzzi and tiki hut are located on the left side of our backyard to enhance your enjoyment and complete relaxation under Miami's sun. Our property is located in a very quiet neighborhood where 99% of the owners are already retired. We are actually the youngest ones and have been living here for 20 years already. You will be able to enjoy a safe and quiet stay. We are in a very popular area because we are between 10 of 20 minutes from the most important and most visited places in Miami. The airport is 10 minutes from our Studio, I recommend Uber here in Miami when you call them they are in 5 minutes at the door waiting for you. It Is 10 to 15 minutes away from Coral Gables , Coconut grove ,Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown , Wynwood, Calle Ocho and Miami International Airport. Highway 836 and I95 just minutes away. If you bring a car, remember that parking in the city is a bit expensive, uber and lift are super cheap and very convenient and when you order them they will be there for you in less than 5 minutes.
