This Studio was designed by us for the budget-friendly guest that want to maximize their experience without spending to much money. Our goal is to provide the best place for a great price. Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, & MIA Airport are just a few of the hot spots minutes away. This centrally located Studio has all the conveniences necessary, please continue reading below about the space. This unique Studio was maximized to make sure that up to four people are able to have a place to sleep and hangout. The Studio is a room with a King Size Bed, two twin beds that slide from each side of the King Bed, a futon/sofa bed in front of the King Bed, Smart TV with Netflix included, coffee maker, refrigerator, walking closet, and a full big bathroom. We make sure to provide K-cups, sugar, coffee cups, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, clean sheets and towels for up to four guest. Those of you traveling with allergies, fear not, we’ve made sure everything is hypoallergenic so that you all enjoy your stay. The outside area is the best part of the Studio. It provides your own patio area meant only for you. The microwave is set outside, so the room does not stay with the smell of food you heat up. You have lights that light up at night, a table with chairs, and a hammock to just enjoy the weather. Best part of it all is you can enjoy this area even when it’s raining. We provide one parking spot for one car only. The shared Laundry Room is in the back of the house. We are available! Please message us through the Airbnb App, so either one of us can answer any questions you have. We are right in the corner, and here to make your stay memorable. Know you are not alone if this is your first time in Miami, and we can help you get around places and give you great suggestions. Our home is only four blocks from the Famous Versailles, where you can go walking from our house. If you are looking for good/cheap Cuban food at a walking distance this is the place to go. The house is also 5 minutes away from Miami International Airport, Coral Gables, and walking distance from a grocery store. We only offer one parking space for one car and there is public transportation less than a 5 minute walk. Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee. You can smoke outside. Please remember that you are staying at our home, not a hotel. Please treat it with respect.
