Guests have access to the entire property, no share spaces .Private pool and parking.
We are available 24 hours for our guests via Airbnb, email or phone number.
No parties are allowed in the property. We can accept small and familiar get togethers with prior notification and approval from us. Small dogs are welcome for an extra 50 dollars fee per dog - max of two dogs. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. The jacuzzi jets run on a set timer.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
