Welcome to Shoji-Inspired Miami Retreat, a serene escape for comfort and relaxation. This stylish home blends modern design with subtle Japanese-inspired elements, featuring a bright, open layout. Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a multi-use office with a queen Murphy bed. Amenities include a private pool, fitness equipment, and outdoor space (use at your own risk). Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major roads in a quiet area. This spacious Shoji-inspired home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus a separate private office with a queen Murphy bed that can serve as a 6th sleeping space, ideal for small or larger groups. Need to work while you are away, no problem. The private office is equipped with printer, monitor, fax machine, high-speed internet and a 58" Roku TV. The primary suite is located on the second floor and includes a king bed, double sinks, walk-in closet, and a private bath with separate shower and toilet area. A junior suite on the first floor also features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. There is a pack-n-play with blankets and a nursing pillow in the closet for guest use. The additional bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate a variety of group needs: one bedroom includes two twin beds, with a rollaway bed available (stored in the primary suite) to accommodate a third guest if needed; another bedroom features a queen bed, and another includes a full-size bed. A rocking chair and ottoman is available in the master bedroom for your convenience. The home is designed for both comfort and functionality, with 58” TVs in every bedroom (including the office) and a 75” TV in the main living room. Guests can enjoy a large dining table with seating for 6, along with a separate 6-seat breakfast table in the kitchen/family area. Each bedroom closet is equipped with luggage racks for added convenience. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for extended stays and group gatherings. Features cookware, bakeware, baking sheets, knives, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, espresso machine, Instant Pot, rice cooker, blender, immersion blender, waffle maker, air fryer, extra ice maker, electric wine opener, and a variety of glassware including wine, beer, water, and shot glasses and more. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a full family meal, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. A full laundry room includes a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and baskets stocked with pool towels for guest use. The backyard is set up for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a gazebo with dining for 6, lounge seating, ceiling fans, lighting, and a 58” outdoor TV. A BBQ grill, prep table, and additional seating area make it perfect for outdoor gatherings. Pool floaties are available for guest enjoyment. Leaves are inevitable in the backyard/pool area, but we strive to maintain it as leave free as possible (not a screened in pool). Guests also have access to fitness equipment (use at your own risk) and a selection of family board games for added entertainment. Need to bring your furry friend and have the flexibility to go out and enjoy the city without concerns? No problem! This pet-friendly home includes both indoor and outdoor kennels, along with a designated dog areas and doggy bags for added convenience. Just a short walk from the house you will find a walking, path by the canal to take your pet for a walk or go jogging. Each bedroom and the covered outdoor lanai are equipped with ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable throughout your stay. The home offers 8 beds in total. Guest can use the entire house. The home is conveniently located about 2 miles from the Florida Turnpike, making it easy to get around Miami and beyond. Within a short drive, you’ll have access to a wide variety of dining and local favorites, from bakeries and cafés to Latin, Mexican, Chinese, and other restaurants, as well as food trucks, nail salons, and more. For entertainment and local attractions, you’re just minutes from The Berry Farms (seasonal events, live music, and line dancing), Zoo Miami, Monkey Jungle, and Pinto's Farm. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for families, professionals, and respectful groups. We kindly ask that guests are mindful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. No loud parties or events are allowed. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking, as the home is prepared based on the number of confirmed guests. The home is well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for your stay. Although it is not a brand-new property, we strive to make it functional and esthetically pleasing for your comfort. If you are seeking a hotel-style or luxury experience, this home may not be the best fit. The property includes a private pool and fitness equipment, which are available for guest use at your own risk. Adult supervision is required at all times. Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly home with prior approval. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog per stay applies. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and must prevent any damage, including chewing or staining. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please note: the refrigerator ice dispenser is currently out of service. The ice maker currently out of order but a tray with ice is provided in the freezer for your convenience. We also have an ice maker on the counter for added convenience. You will not run out of ice. A large Brita water dispenser is also available inside the refrigerator. For everyone’s safety, exterior security cameras are in place and monitor entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home.
