It is a lovely area, close to markets and restaurants. We have a park right across the street with volleyball and tennis courts. You have direct access to the balcony, and the view is beautiful. I have chairs available; if you are considerate toward the neighbors, you are welcome to use the pool and the gym. Other things to note: I live with a kitten that I take very good care of.
