Miami Paradise is best suited for **experienced Airbnb guests** who understand that a short-term rental is fundamentally different from a hotel. With nature comes wildlife. **Raccoons are a normal part of daily life here**—they are harmless, curious, and easily discouraged. If seeing wildlife feels uncomfortable, this may not be the right environment for you. You may also notice **resident cats on the property**. These cats are **not stray**—they are vaccinated and neutered. If you are uncomfortable around cats, we kindly ask that you do not book this property. Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running and avoid leaving food outdoors. ### Important House Rules & Safety Information • The home is exclusively for registered guests listed on the reservation • No outside visitors without prior host approval • Parties are strictly prohibited • Quiet hours are observed at all times in this residential neighborhood • **No marijuana or weed smoking anywhere on the property** • Outdoor cigarette smoking is permitted only For safety and security, outdoor cameras are installed at the front entrance and garage doors only. There are **no cameras inside the home**. Each duplex has its own charcoal grill. Guests should bring charcoal and clean the grill after use. Biscayne Commons Plaza is just a few blocks away, and offers many restaurants, Publix Supermarket, etc., etc. Also worth visiting is the 12th Century Spanish Monastery nearby. The property is two blocks away from Biscayne Boulevard and FIU North Campus, but Uber or rental car is recommended. Welcome to our serene retreat, located on a very private, tree-lined street with limited traffic due to its dead-end location. Our neighborhood is animal-friendly, and you might even spot raccoons in the wooded areas. There are also friendly cats in the yard. Please note the following guidelines: 1-Smoking Policy: No marijuana or weed smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors only. 2-Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. For everyone's safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed at the front entrance doors and garage doors. These cameras are positioned to monitor outdoor areas only and help ensure a secure environment for all guests 3-Accessibility: This property is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps and no grab bars near toilets, showers, or tubs. The furniture is not reinforced for obese guests. 4-Noise Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, city laws enforce no loud noise or disturbances 24/7. 5-Occupancy: No more than 2 people are allowed per bedroom.
