UBER and LYFT are usually 5/10 minutes away ***Booking Requirements:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. All communication is managed through a secure third-party platform. ***Pool & Spa Heating:** Pool and spa heating are available as an optional add-on for $50 per day. If you’d like to include heating, please let us know and complete payment prior to check-in. Once activated, please allow up to 48 hours for the water to reach the desired temperature. The pool and spa share the same heating system, so they will be heated together to the same temperature and cannot be adjusted separately. While we do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, heater operation cannot be guaranteed, and any unexpected issues unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. ***Maintenance:** The pool is professionally serviced twice a week. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided. BBQ Grill: Please clean the grill after each use. If left unclean, a $50 extra cleaning fee will apply. ***Long-Term Stays:** For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee will be required. ***Check-in/Check-out:** Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance. ***Safety & Security:** For your protection, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property monitoring the front and back areas. Tampering with these devices will result in a $100 fine. Guests assume all risk for any accidents or injuries, including those related to the use of the pool. ***Tropical Environment:** This is a tropical climate, and you may encounter insects, lizards, or iguanas.
